Tara Reid started with commercials as a child and finally made heads turn when she was a part of Saved by the Bell: The New Class. She's played her characters flawlessly, despite the criticism. In The Big Lebowski, Bunny was her first big role. This film marked a significant stage towards her professional career. Reid began receiving higher offers for movies like Urban Legend, Cruel Intentions and similar ones. American Pie, a cult movie about teenage girls and their sexy adventures with each other, was what led to the making of Reid an Hollywood superstar. She was the female character of virgin Vicky in the film. It was all a waste of time. Reid failed to make it huge in Hollywood by appearing in films like Josie and the Pussycats. She did get a role on the set of American Pie 2 for a couple of minutes, however this didn't help her decline in career. Her offscreen mishaps, well-publicized and disastrous plastic surgery and her many flash-and-miss appearances have resulted in her becoming more of an event-goer or designer rather as an actor.
